The production equipment is equipped with more than 110 large horizontal machining centers, large spherical grinders, CNC machine tools, supersonic spraying, thermal spraying, and other equipment. The basic materials of balls and valve seats are mainly A105, LF2, 410, Inconel N06625, Inconel N0825, HC276, F304, F316, 17-4PH, F51, Monel400, MonelK500, etc.

Surface treatment methods: supersonic spraying, hot melt, surfacing, electroplating and other comprehensive treatment processes. The quality control department has three-coordinate measuring arms, spectrometers, hardness testers, tensile testing machines, impact testing machines, non-destructive testing has UT, PT, and other testing methods. Product terminal application areas: coal chemical industry, oil pipelines, natural gas pipelines, national defense and military industry, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, electric power, and nuclear industry.
